PechaKucha presentation example (5.41 MB)
PechaKucha component to the award entry.
PechaKucha 20x20 is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically and are set on a timer. The presentation format was devised by architects to encourage “succinct communication”. The first PechaKucha Night was held in Tokyo, visit www.pechakucha.org for more information.
As we are requesting the award entrants to create a PechaKucha as part of their submission, we thought we should also create one. We encourage entrants to make this a visual representation of the written submission. The “notes” section can be added to the presentation, to explain the slides, although we encourage less words, as the written criteria will communicate the key messages.
Case study example - Category 1: Outstanding customer service/initiative for carers as customers (35.8 KB)
We have devised a fictional case study and made our own PechaKucha to visually represent the written criteria. Please note the written case study is not at “best practice” standard, this is done intentionally, as it was used as a critiquing case study at our June Forum: Carers in the Workplace.
