Welcome to Carers SA's feedback survey on the National Carers Strategy. We recommend that prior to filling out this survey you read the summary or the full report so you have a clear understanding of the Government's strategy. This survey is confidential and all information and feedback collected will be anonymous. We would appreciate some of your basic information to allow us to contact you if clarification is required. There are six priority areas in the national Carer Strategy, please indicate if you feel these areas are important to family carers
