Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centres can help you with respite co-ordination appropriate to your local area. Centres also have funding that can be used to purchase short term or emergency respite when you need it.
Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centres can help you with local information to support independent living for people who are aged or have a disability and their carers.
There are two metropolitan and two rural / remote services in South Australia. The south and east country Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre is a program of Carers SA.
Carer Support Programs offer information and support to carers on a local scale. This allows Carer Support to give you local contacts for services and support, connect you with carers in your area via carer support groups and link you into carer news, event adn retreats in your area.
